Over the last decades life expectancy among people living with Hemophilia has increased significantly. As a result, co-morbidities are affecting also Hemophilia patients to a larger extent, including cardiovascular diseases like Acute Coronary Syndrome and Arterial Fibrillation. In this Webinar Dan Atar, Professor in Cardiology, and Pål André Holme, Professor in Hematology, will discuss the challenges related to co-morbidities among hemophilia patients.     Pål André Holme is chief medical officer at the Department of blood diseases, Oslo University Hospital, where he is responsible for bleeding disorders. He’s a professor at the Institute of Clinical Medicine, University of Oslo.

    Dan Atar

    Professor Cardiology, Oslo University Hospital Ullevål and Head of Research, Div. of Medicine.

    Previous Vice-President of the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), and co-author of several ESC Guidelines. Editor-in-Chief, “Cardiology”.  He has published over 470 articles and holds the title of Dr. honoris causa.
